In December 2014, we decided to open up our 3rd Iron Age, our most industrial and artistic location. With an interior made up of works of art that were handcrafted with scrap metals from local junkyards, along with custom hand carved wooden panels and and tables to pay homage to our original location. The roomy yet open feel of our restaurant is created with high-rise ceilings which was only made possible with our smoke reduction system that was built into our cooking units.
